Returns & Refunds

Moose Canada Innovations product (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags in place and accompanied by the delivery note that was enclosed with your parcel. The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of Moose Canada Innovations.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping. To start a return, please contact customercare@moosecan.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at customercare@moosecan.ca.

Damages and issues If you receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at customercare@moosecan.ca so we can assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, used items and items without original packaging.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
